Lorenzo Colombo spent last season on loan in Serie B with SPAL but this season the decision was taken to give him some experience in Serie A.
It has been a beneficial spell thus far for the 21-year-old as he has managed five goals and two assists in 25 games with Lecce, and the goals he has scored have nearly all been important in earning points.
When the season ends Milan will be left with the decision of either implementing him into their first team plans, sending him on loan again or even possibly selling for a capital gain.
