Zlatan Ibrahimovic has gifted himself a Ferrari to celebrate his 45th birthday, posting a video of the car on social media.
A little over three years after retiring from football, having held his farewell ceremony at San Siro, Ibrahimovic is celebrating his 45th birthday. That math doesn’t align with the usual retirement age for football players but the Swede, as we all know, was built different.

In any case, Ibrahimovic has remained within the world of football, acting as a Senior Advisor to RedBird’s Milan project and working as a pundit for Fox Sports during the World Cup. He certainly hasn’t dropped off the map, in other words.

Another thing keeping Ibrahimovic a well-known face is his social media updates. Today, on his 45th birthday, he revealed the present that he has bought himself: a Ferrari F80. Only 799 of them have been built and the price tag is reportedly around €3.5m.

The former striker actually published a photo of the car already last year, on his 44th birthday, but that was when he had ordered the car. It wasn’t until today, a year later, that he was able to pick up the car and take it for a spin for the first time.
Ibrahimovic has been a big fan of Ferrari for a very long time and he owns quite a few of their cars already, so he must be buzzing with his latest purchase.
