The Rossoneri had fallen behind against the French champions in the first 10 minutes when Milan Skriniar headed in, but Milan soon went down the other end and equalised.
Olivier Giroud’s shot was saved by Gianluigi Donnarumma but as it came back down, Leao managed to score with an instinctive finish.
