There was an incredible moment for Rafael Leao this evening as he not only made his first ever World Cup appearance for Portugal but he also marked it with a goal.
The decision was made by Portugal’s head coach Fernando Santos to start Leao on the bench, but less than three minutes after coming on he netted with a trademark finish, opening his body up and curling the ball inside the far post having been fed inside the box.
