Milan have been linked with many playmakers this summer and James Rodriguez is one of them. Although the interest doesn’t seem to be concrete, Italy is a good destination if you ask the player himself.
A few weeks back, Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan) reported that Milan had been offered Rodriguez but the economic demands were simply too high. Of course, the idea has always remained since then.
The Everton-owned attacking midfielder was asked about his future during one of his Twitch streams (see below) and he gave a pretty interesting answer. He stated that only Italy is missing from his career resume.
“I would like to play in a place where they want me. I have already played in all leagues. Just Italy is missing, Serie A would be a good option,” he said as cited by MilanEye.
