AC Milan are closing in on the signing of veteran free agent goalkeeper Antonio Mirante, as he arrived to undergo his medical this morning.
Mike Maignan will undergo surgery today as he has been suffering from wrist pain and only afterwards will we know the full recovery time, which means Ciprian Tatarusanu is the only fit senior goalkeeper, given Alessandro Plizzari is also out after surgery.
That is why the management decided to swoop for Mirante – who was linked over the summer – and he was seen arriving for his medical this morning…
