Watch: Reijnders finally opens account for Milan to double lead vs. Lecce

By Oliver Fisher -

Tijjani Reijnders’ long wait for his first AC Milan goal was ended as he doubled his side’s advantage against Lecce at the Stadio Via del Mare in the first half.

Less than 10 minutes after the opener, Milan doubled their advantage as Reijnders finally opened his account. Malick Thiaw started the move from the back and his surging run never ended. Giroud’s decoy attracted Baschirotto allowing the Dutchman to move onto his right foot and finish between Falcone’s legs.

  1. The problem we have as a team was masked by the performances in our champions league won over PSG. Pioli is not the coach for Milan, this inconsistent performances and poor team management/substitution is evident for all to see Lecce came from 2 down to levelled 2 – 2…long season ahead.

      1. The fault at Musah, not Krunic or Pobega. Musah didn’t mark Sansone and then made a stupid blunder that leads to Lecce 2nd goal.

  2. Reijnders is a stupid SOB. The game was over had he taken an easy chance to make it 0-3. Pioli’s crap subs, and failure to add depth at full back, cost us again. Chucky is garbage. Traore is already better.

  3. Pioli make sure his lack of team management and poor substitutions has lef to Lecce coming back from 2 down to to almost 3- 2. Well done Pioli and if anyone have any doubt if he is the coach for Milan…look no further.
