AC Milan’s first goal of the 2022-23 Champions League group stage campaign came at a very important time to equalise against Red Bull Salzburg, and it came from Alexis Saelemaekers.
Five minutes before the break, Milan managed to get themselves level and it was no surprise that Leao was once again at the heart of it. The Portuguese winger picked up possession on the left flank after a ball from De Ketelaere and pulled it back to Saelemaekers, who finished powerfully past Kohn even if the Salzburg keeper got a touch.

Well done Alexis!❤️🖤 Let’s go for the win
How is saelemaekers our most motivated and till now our best player in this match?
we still need to be active on both wing… I notice our opponent trying to stop leao at all cost… salaemaker did well… but I need more force at his side too… nice match.. giroud first touch was selfish decision, while leao last minute touch would have been a short … champions league will favour us this time… we will pass group stage for sure .. weldone boiz
IKR surprising
I hope this boost Alexis mental. What he needs is to play more confident.
CDK needs time withvthe squad. He seems lost.
Why do you only show the goals Milan score and never the ones conceded?
