AC Milan took the lead against Monza in the Silvio Berlusconi Trophy and it was Alexis Saelemaekers who opened his preseason account.
Milan took the lead in the 11th minute of the game and it was Saelemaekers who got the goal thanks to a stroke of good fortune. A nice pass from Davide Calabria into Ruben Loftus-Cheek saw him flick the ball into he path of the Belgian, whose rabona ricocheted in with the goalkeeper wrong-footed.
