Ciprian Tatarusanu produced some heroics to save a penalty and keep AC Milan on level terms in the derby against Inter.
There was yet another spot kick awarded to Inter in the 25th minute and this time there was certainly no debate about the decision. Some bad judgement from Fode Ballo-Toure saw him chop down the pursuing Darmian, but Inter decided to change their penalty taker. Tatarusanu this time did what he couldn’t do before and saved Lautaro Martinez’s penalty after guessing the right way.
And still some Milan fans don’t trust him. He’s been great recently and we must appreciate him for that.
MOTM 2 games in a row
Some Milan fans are really ungrateful and toxic.
Fantastic save. Probably one of the best ever. Single-handed the ball, stopped it from reflecting back to Lautaro then fixed it coldly.
Happy that we are backed by skilled goalkeepers. Tata started the season a bit shaky, struggled a bit, but earned trust especially after Porto and Roma clashes.
