AC Milan’s third signing of the summer transfer window is Sankhoun Diawara. It is a deal that might go under the radar, but has big potential.

After arriving earlier in the week and undergoing a medical, Diawara signed a contract which runs until 2031. The Frenchman becomes the latest in a long line of talents that Milan have invested in for the future.

Despite suggestions he would initially join the Futuro, it now appears that he will be Strahinja Pavlovic’s deputy immediately. It is easy to see why too, given that he became a Ligue 2 champion with Troyes last season and is a France U19 international.
