The Milan derby is one of those occasions that almost every Italian football fan stops to watch, but there are doubts about when it will be played.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Derby della Madonnina is scheduled to be played on Sunday, March 8th at 20:45 CEST. The match is one of the big games of the season for broadcasters, with DAZN the ones who have the rights in Italy, and so extra attention is paid to slots.

Only one scenario could warrant moving the match to Saturday. It will be played on Sunday evening if Inter lose tonight against Bodo/Glimt, but also if they advance and play the first leg of the round of 16 (certainly at home) on Wednesday 11 March.
This will be possible because they would have two games in Milano – therefore without an away match scheduled – inside 72 hours, and therefore moving the match to Saturday 7 Match would not be necessary.
If Inter advance and play the first leg of the round of 16 on Tuesday evening at San Siro, then the derby would be played on Saturday 7 March at 18:00 CEST (not 20:45 CET because the Saturday late match is on Sky). Lega Serie A will announce the schedule on Friday.

Never one to gloat,but you beat me to it, a loss for Inter is a win for the Rossoneri. Unfortunately they will now be rested for us,so be it we will be ready for them, Semper Milan.
If we can’t beat a team that has lost both legs to Bodø/Glimt, then I guess there is no hope for us.
Inter losing their 7th tournament in a row, to a club that hails from a town of 43,000 inhabitants above the Arctic Circle, who play in a stadium with 8,300 seats, was entertaining. Bodo/Glimt played well at home winning 3-1, then beat Inter again in plain San Siro 2-1. Very funny! In a sense, worse than our elimination to Feyenoord last season; at least then, we were playing with a man down, and against a more traditional adversary. Any attempts by the interisti to mock us for that defeat has now backfired on them. Karma!
Given that the Scudetto is now for all purposes out of reach for us therefore hoping that inter would be distracted and drop Serie A points if they advanced in the Champions League is a pipe dream, tonight I was strongly rooting for Bodo/Glimt; also nice that their first goal tonight was scored by a former rossonero.

Can we get Hauge back? LOL. On a more serious note, looking at how Inter performed in this UCL, along with the other Italian clubs, just add another proof on how poor the level of the league nowadays.
A club that’s currently sitting in 1st place in the Italian league with 10 points difference from the 2nd spot, lost to a Norwegian club? That tells a lot.
Well bring back Hauge to Milan next season. I think he has back to his first form.
