The ruleset says that if more than one player enters the penalty area while one player is taking a penalty kick it has to be retaken happened recently in a cl match between chelsea vs dortmund. Weird ruleset especially as they doesnt interfere with the shot but nevertheless a ruleset that the ref has to react upon.
