AC Milan met with Pescara to discuss Lapadula, Pescara president confirms

We’ve already reported about a meeting between Pescara and AC Milan over the transfer of Serie B leading scorer Gianluca Lapadula.

The best Serie A clubs are interested in welcoming the player’s services and the rossoneri are the last club to have joined the race for the signature of the 26-yaer-old hit-man.

Pescara president Daniele Sebastiani has confirmed that AC Milan have asked information about the higly-rated striker.

“I can confirm that I met AC Milan yesterday and they also asked information about Lapadula”, Mr. Sebastiani told Milannews.it.

“They are interested, but they need to sell some of their strikers first. They have lot of players in that position and they want to sell some of them before registering new signings.”

Luiz Adriano, Alessandro Matri and M’Baye Niang are the most likely to be shown the San Siro exit door in the summer.
