Milan Futuro had to battle from behind to get a draw against Villa Valle at the Felice Chinetti stadium in Solbiate Arno.

The game before the break was a frustrating one as the Futuro twice led against Nuova Sondrio at the Stadio Felice Chinetti in Solbiate Arno, but were forced to settle for a 2-2 draw. Chaka Traore and Geroli scored for Massimo Oddo’s side who led in both halves.
The Rossoneri were still in second place but tied on points with Chievo Verona going into today’s match against Villa Valle at the Felice Chinetti.
A hard-fought draw
The match opened with a chance for Milan: Sala’s header hit the crossbar after a great run. Minutes passed, and shortly after the half-hour mark, the Bergamo side hit the crossbar as Mouisse’s header was tipped onto the bar by Torriani.
After a relatively slow first half, the second half began with Milan immediately on the front foot. In the 53rd minute, Cappelletti tried his luck from the edge of the box, but the ball went wide. Against the run of play, Villa Valle took the lead with Mouisse’s header from close range.
In the 61st minute, a great chance for Milan Futuro wasn’t taken by Chaka Traorè. One minute later, Sardo headed a corner just wide, then Cappelletti’s long ball found Magrassi in the box, but the No.9 turned and fired skyward.
Three minutes from time, Oddo’s men finally equalised. Chaka Traorè’s cross from a corner was met by Sardo’s header to earn a deserved draw. Deep into injury time, Moroni saved Villa Valle with a superb save, denying Traore.
The result means that the Futuro are now fourth in the table, with Leon and Chievo both having won. The gap to sixth place is now just two points, with Villa Valle among the three that are tied on 45 points, so it was an important equaliser to keep them two points back.
