As reported by TMW, the three teams that can register but will not due to financial issues are Lucchese, SPAL and Brescia. For the latter, it will be necessary to wait until June 24, the deadline granted by the FIGC following the penalty imposed and subsequent appeals.
So, which clubs will find themselves back in Serie C? Through readmission, Pro Patria and Caldiero Terme will have space, while through repechage Inter U23s will come to life, the second team of the Nerazzurri that has been announced for some time now.
At this point, Milan Futuro is practically certain to play in Serie D next year, with all the slots having been filled. The final slot will be filled by the loser of the Serie B relegation play-off between Salernitana and Sampdoria with the double challenge scheduled between June 15 and 20.
