SempreMilan.com’s columnist Vito Angele rounds up another day of Milan’s January transfer window in his daily Transfer Recap.
Boca are back for Gustavo Gomez
As we anticipated, yesterday was a particularly hot day for Milan, especially in regards to the outgoing market. After the brawl between Mirabelli and the agent of Gustavo Gomez, the situation calmed down, as Boca Juniors presented a new offer. €5m plus 20% of any future sale which, however, still doesn’t satisfy Milan. Celta Vigo are also interested and could present an offer soon.
Paletta’s agent meets with Mirabelli
As anticipated, Martin Guastadisegno arrived yesterday morning in Milan and in the afternoon he was received by Mirabelli. There are, however, still no offers for the centre-back who will be free to leave without a transfer fee, as his contract expires in the summer.
We also anticipated in the transfer recap yesterday, that Crotone would present a loan offer for Niccolo Zanellato. Milan, as expected, gave the green light to Zenga’s side, who in the evening also met the agent of the player, Giuseppe Riso.
But beware, in the last hours, in fact, the cards on the table have turned, as they could attempt to sign Zanellato on a permanent basis.
