On Sunday, the U15s took on Empoli in the Scudetto Final in Rimini for the culmination of an outstanding campaign over the course of the season, and they delivered in the finale by winning 2-0.

After a balanced opening to the game, the turning point came in the 22nd minute. The Rossoneri won a corner, but Puccioni misjudged his move, allowing Manna to easily slot the ball into the net to give Milan the lead.

They then took control of the match and doubled their lead through Akram Jadid, who left Falcone glued on the spot and beat the goalkeeper with a delightful futsal touch to make it 2-0 in the 33rd minute.

Empoli nearly halved the deficit before the break through Mencagli, who hit the woodwork with a right-footed effort that was providentially deflected by Bogogna.

Jadid was relentless and a key player at the start of the second half. First he attempted another long-range miracle to surprise Puccioni, then he tested him with a powerful left-footed shot.

Empoli pushed to get back into the game in the following minutes, but Gambirasio’s side’s attempts fell flat and didn’t particularly trouble the Rossoneri defence, who managed to control the lead well.

Lorenzo Cresta’s team is celebrating this way after a wonderful campaign, led by a very talented Jadid, who continues to enjoy an almost Camarda-esque rise.
