CM: Danjuma could unlock Milan’s attack and pave way for Porto striker

AC Milan have expressed an interest in Villarreal winger Arnaut Danjuma and could make an attempt in the coming days. Signing the Dutchman could unlock the mercato up front for the Rossoneri, as highlighted by the report.

Milan have been focused on Samuel Chukwueze for the right flank but given Villarreal’s high demand of €35m, seemingly unwilling to budge, the Rossoneri could drop that pursuit. Another Villarreal man, namely Danjuma, could be the one instead.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, the 26-year-old could be available on a loan with an option to buy. This would not only free up some cash for Milan but they would also keep their last non-EU slot, which could pave the way for Mehdi Taremi.

The Porto striker is one of the key targets for Milan and the €20m price tag, albeit a tad high, would still be a lot less than Chukwueze. The signing of Danjuma could thus open up the situation for Milan in the attack, as the report concludes.
