As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, the Romanian defender has a long queue of teams that are very keen on signing him this month or in the summer.
Milan are one of them, as are Napoli in Serie A who are struggling with their defence. Tottenham hold the main interest from the Premier League, which automatically makes it tough for an Italian team to sign him, whilst Bayern also have more spending power but may not offer as much first-team football.
One thing that could help Milan is that Genoa are interested in Lorenzo Colombo, the young striker on loan at Monza. Milan could try to incorporate him into a deal, but it would not be a simple negotiation.
Genoa are currently asking for €30m for Dragusin, and Juventus would earn 20% of Genoa’s capital gain from any transfer thanks to a clause they inserted when they sold the 22-year-old to the Grifone.
In terms of who Genoa could track as a replacement, veteran Leonardo Bonucci is an option after a proposed move to Roma fell through.
