Conflicting comments emerge from agents on idea of Parma star joining Milan: “God forbid”

The agents of Parma forward Dennis Man have responded to speculation that he could join AC Milan in the near future, with some conflicting comments.

The 24-year-old winger has three goals in seven Serie B appearances for Parma this season after managing three goals in 26 at the same level in 2021-22. He was signed by Parma in January 2021 when they were still in the top flight, scoring twice in the second half of that campaign.

MilanLive write that Man has been recently linked with a move to the Rossoneri who of course have been looking for players they can get for good value who can then explode in the future.

However, this idea seems to have been dismissed by the Romanian’s agent, the former model Anamaria Prodan.

“Dennis at Milan? God forbid, I rather hope he can end up in a club like Manchester City. I like him very much because he is a good player. He is a talent you have to talk to a lot. I did it after every game. You have to trust him,” he said.

Today Prodan and Man are at the centre of a dispute in court as the agent denounced the player for having signed a pre-contract in 2021 to move to Parma, without his permission. He did so with the help of the Becali brothers, who are well known in Romania.

Victor Becali himself spoke to to Prosport and wanted to have his say on Milan’s alleged interest in Man.

“Serious clubs do not discuss transfers in this period, when we are not in the middle of the transfer market. What the press in Italy writes now are just stories, but Man can always return to play in Serie A. It depends only on him.”
