Tomori is currently injured and will be out for some time yet, but Corriere della Sera (via PianetaMilan) are reporting that he has ended up in the sights of Bayern Munich who have asked for information on the centre-back.

However, a clear no came from Milan because the Englishman is a key player for the Rossoneri and therefore is not on the market, especially halfway through a season in which he was playing so well prior to his injury.

Tomori suffered quite a serious issue: a myo-tendon injury of the right femoral biceps. Luckily there was no need for surgery, but he will be out of action for no less than another couple of months, so his focus will be on recovery.

However, the paper does not rule out the idea that Bayern could try again in the summer mercato given their desire to sign a quality centre-back.

Tomori joined Milan during the 2020-21 season on an initial loan from Chelsea that became a permanent deal six months later and he has been nothing short of sensational since his arrival at the club.
