We believe that Franco Vazquez could push for a Milan move in the summer, if the Rossoneri manages to qualify for either Europa League or Champions League, as the midfielder would like to play in Europe next season.
However, Vazquez could decide to move to Milan anyway, but most likely for a high salary, as Juventus also are interested. The Bianconeri could try to appeal Vazquez with a high salary, which would make it more difficult for Milan, but not impossible, and certainly not impossible if Milan manages to qualify for Europe. At the end of the day it will most likely be a battle between Juve and Milan.
