From France: Winger seduced by Milan’s interest and their project – deal could be completed for €7m

Toulouse forward Amine Adli has his heart set on a move to AC Milan and there is the possibility of closing a deal quickly, a report claims.

Adli turned 21 on 10 May and was one of the revelations of a club that struggled to bounce back from relegation in 2019-20 and lost the play-off 2-1 on aggregate against FC Nantes. He can play either out wide or as a traditional playmaker, but under the guidance of Patrice Garande he has become a second striker too with 8 goals and 7 assists in 33 league appearances.

According to FootMercato (via MilanNews), Adli has captured the interest of several European teams after he was close to moving to Marseille during the transfer market in January, but the €15m requests – deemed too high by Marseille president Longoria – meant a deal did not happen.

Because his contract will expire in 2022, Toulouse could let Adli leave for a figure close to €7m and the team most interested is Milan. The player who would welcome a transfer abroad and though the Rossoneri have not yet submitted an official offer to Toulouse, Adli is fascinated by the Diavolo’s project.
