AC Milan technical director Paolo Maldini wants Lazio’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic as a star midfield reinforcement this summer, a report claims.

According to Fichajes, the management have begun to look at new signings to reinforce the squad available to Stefano Pioli for next season. One of the priorities is midfielder with Paolo Maldini a huge admirer of Milinkovic-Savic and would be viewed as the star signing of the summer.
Milan tried to land the Serbia international back in 2018 but were told it would take €100million to land him, but now it seems Milinkovic-Savic could be ready to change clubs at last. The Rossoneri however are not the only Serie A team interested in acquiring his services, as Juventus and Inter have also been monitoring the situation of the 26-year-old.
This season, Milinkovic-Savic has played a total of 33 games across all competitions with six goals and 10 assists to his name, standing out as a key performance under Simone Inzaghi again.
