GdS: Milan’s summer budget set to be €100m – Maldini has three operations in mind

AC Milan have big plans for the summer transfer window and have a sizeable budget to strengthen the squad, a report claims.

According to this morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), Milan could have around €100m available for the next summer market, but one of the Rossoneri’s first moves will be the renewal of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The Swede’s stay now seems to be certain and thanks to the growth decree, his extension for another year should cost about €10.5m gross. With qualification for the Champions League, Mario Mandzukic’s contract will also be automatically renewed, but another striker could still arrive in the summer, perhaps a young player who can grow alongside them. At the moment, the track leading to Dusan Vlahovic seems the most plausible.

The redemption of Fikayo Tomori from Chelsea is also almost certain as the Englishman has been very impressive since arriving and therefore it seems obvious the club will pay the €28million needed to sign him outright.
