Gianluca Di Marzio reports how the Milan management are planning for the future by trying to lock down key young players and among those is Kalulu, a flexible player capable of playing both centre-back and right-back and a defender that has earned the trust of the club over the past year.
The signature should arrive in the afternoon as the parties already been in contact for some time over extending his contract beyond the current deadline of 2025. Now, an agreement has now been reached for the renewal of his contract.
Kalulu will sign a new deal until 2027 at around €2m net per year plus bonuses and it is an outcome that desired by both sides, with the player increasingly central to the Rossoneri’s project and the former Lyon man very happy to stay.
