With each day that passes there seems to be an update on the rumours linking Noa Lang with a move from Club Brugge to AC Milan.

The one constant is that Lang does not stop talking about his future and his latest comments came during an interview with newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws while away with the Dutch national team during which the winger confirms his desire to go a step beyond Club Brugge but also denying the presence of an agreement with Milan.

“For now there is no agreement with Milan or other clubs. I don’t know where this news comes from. The agreement with Brugge is that if an offer arrives I will be able to say goodbye and we all agree on this, but it is by no means certain that that match against Anderlecht was my last,” he said (via Calciomercato.com).

“As long as I am under contract, and there is nothing concrete about my farewell, I will never refuse to play for the club. They don’t deserve it. Plus, for the same money, everything will explode in August. Like last year. If I have to stay at Brugge again, I will do it with all my love. I love the club and I will always give 100%.”

The Calciomercato.com report goes on to state that the repeated public declarations from the 22-year-old do not help Milan in managing contacts with the Belgian club, and it is akin to the Romain Faivre situation whereby the volatility of such comments in the media leads to the negotiation stalling and collapsing.

Talks are ongoing between the parties through the work of agents but there is still no official proposal presented by the Rossoneri who highly esteem the player’s qualities, but are currently thinking of other priorities.
