As reported this morning by Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews), Milan are trying to explore a deal for PSG centre-back Abdou Diallo and he is the favoured target to reinforce the defence after Alessio Romagnoli’s departure.
However, it will not be easy to agree a deal with the Ligue 1 champions, so there are alternative targets in mind. One of them is Japhet Tanganga of Tottenham, who was linked in January after Kjaer’s injury and could arrive on loan.
Then there is Pablo Marì who has returned to Arsenal after a good half-season with Udinese, and he is an appealing options because he is experienced and he already knows Italian football.
Finally, Francesco Acerbi has also been linked with a return to the Rossoneri but no real confirmations have ever arrived regarding Milan’s potential interest in the 34-year-old.
