There are a number of midfielders linked to Milan currently, but the links to Jashari go back a few months. In fact, the midfielder has already spoken about how it would be a dream to play at San Siro when speaking about Noah Okafor’s role for the Rossoneri. So, it could go in the club’s favour.
What will probably not go in the favour of the Diavolo, though, is the price, with it already reaching a high figure.
A future investment
According to Florian Plettenberg, the Sky Germany journalist, it will take more than €25-30 million to sign the young midfielder, who at one point was seen as an alternative for Jobe Bellingham for Borussia Dortmund.
The report also states that Manchester City have followed him previously, but their interest after their summer spree is unknown. What is known, though, is that Igli Tare is engaging in talks with Brugge today to gain more information on the midfielder.
Furthermore, with him seen as an heir to Granit Xhaka, it could provide a long-term option, which his fellow Swissman probably wouldn’t.
