Il Mattino: Milan lodge enquiry over Real Sociedad winger but are forced to reflect

A new name has emerged in AC Milan’s search for a winger as an enquiry has been made over Adnan Januzaj, according to a report.

Milan are probing many names for the right wing as Alexis Saelemaekers and Junior Messias are not convincing in what is a crucial stretch of the season, and according to reports from Il Mattino (via SempreMilan.it) there is an interest in Januzaj.

The Rossoneri have even asked for information on the Belgian, who Napoli have been tracking him for some time as a potential replacement for Lorenzo Insigne, who will leave at the end of this season.

Januzaj is expected to leave Real Sociedad this summer on a free transfer which makes him particularly appealing, but he is apparently asking for €4.5m net per season which thus provokes reflections on characteristics of the player and the possibilities of growth.

For the moment it remains only an idea, as well as the many other names that have surfaced in recent days. The 27-year-old has 4 goals and 3 assists in 36 games this season across all competitions.
