The performance of Noni Madueke certainly caught AC Milan’s eye in the friendly defeat against PSV Eindhoven last week, a report claims.
Madueke scored two goals in emphatic fashion as he twice beat the goalkeeper with a shot from the edge of the box after cutting in onto his left foot, and Corriere dello Sport (via PianetaMilan) report that Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara liked what they saw from the Englishman.
Milan have been looking for a player with these characteristics for some time, and they are planning on making some enquiries ahead of the summer transfer window, searching for a solution for the right flank.
PSV, with whom Madueke has a contract until 30 June 2025, believe a lot in the 20-year-old having signed him from the Tottenham youth team when he was just 16 years old. There could well be competition from Premier League sides to contend with, the paper adds.
