There have been plenty of suggestions about transfers for the senior team in the past week. However, the only movement seems to be being made by the Futuro, which is understandable, all things considered.

After all, there is no one in place to fully agree to deals for the senior team currently. Yet, it is still positive to see work and investment arriving for young talents for the future already.

Earlier this afternoon, Gianluca Di Marzio reported that the Rossoneri were closing in on a deal for Lorenzo Calvani, but he is not the only option.

Milan set to beat Chelsea to Birmingham star

Indeed, there has been plenty of talk in recent days about a youngster from Birmingham called Aurelien Guernier.

The young Frenchman has been an interest for the Rossoneri and BlueCo, the owners of Chelsea and it appears the former have won, as Luca Bendoni, part of the Gianluca Di Marzio team, reported (via MilanPosts on X).

“AC Milan are finalising last details to sign Aurelien Guernier from Birmingham City. Guernier is expected to land in Milan soon to complete the move. BlueCo + other international clubs had strong interested but Milan close to sealing it.”
