AC Milan have been to Australia fairly regularly recently, and they will head back Down Under for their next pre-season camp, it seems.

Last summer, Milan played across Asia and Australia in pre-season, before heading back to Europe for a few final preparations. Now, it seems that they may cut the Asian part of their tour, and jet off to Australia for pre-season.

Gazzetta dello Sport report that Milan will head back to Australia in the summer, but they will not be alone. In fact, Juventus and Inter will both be joining them down under, in an ‘unprecedented’ move.
It seems likely that the Rossoneri will head to Perth again, where they were meant to face Como earlier this year. However, the proposed plans never took off, so neither did Allegri’s side – something which will have pleased the Italian, given his strong opposition to the idea.
Of course, it is still linked, though. The entire idea of playing a Serie A game in Australia was to raise the league’s profile in the country. So, sending three of your biggest teams there for pre-season is an equally good idea that doesn’t annoy anyone.
In terms of games between the sides, the Bianconeri are expected to face the Nerazzurri, but there are no current plans for a game against Milan. Whether there will be a Derby della Down Under is also unknown.
