AC Milan are always attentive to opportunities on the market especially ones where they can add quality in ‘cheaper’ deals, and a new idea has emerged.
According to MilanLive, an ‘opportunity’ that Milan are monitoring is Naby Keita. The 27-year-old midfielder is currently going through a complicated season due to injuries which mean he has played only five minutes this season, back in July in the the Community Shield win against Manchester City.
It will be necessary to see how his condition develops before ‘deepening a conversation with his entourage’, but Keita ‘is a profile that Milan have always liked’ and they may look to add a player who has played in an intense pressing system to their midfield.
However, the report also adds that other English clubs such as West Ham United and Newcastle United are keen on the Guinea international, but a possible return to Germany remains a hypothesis above all where Borussia Dortmund are ready to welcome him.
