Another report has claimed that AC Milan are interested in signing Arda Güler from Real Madrid, but European football will almost certainly be needed.

A recent report from Sky in Switzerland spoke about Milan and Inter being keen on signing the former Fenerbahce man. They even added that Turkey boss Vincenzo Montella has ‘advised Güler to join Serie A to improve his game’ but he is ‘dependent on the goodwill’ of Real Madrid.

Now, Corriere della Sera (via MilanPress) are reporting this morning that Guler is looking for playing time and Milan are thinking about it. The Rossoneri have set their sights on the teenager, who played only 1,088 minutes across 30 appearances at Real Madrid, of which only 10 were starts.

According to the paper, the operation could become complicated if the Rossoneri do not qualify for the next Champions League. For the Turk, the prospect of a transfer to Milan would be less attractive and the club would have fewer resources for the investment.

The source also talks about Francesco Camarda, who could go on loan to Monza in the summer after being linked during the winter break. For the attack, the trail that leads to Lorenzo Lucca is still alive, although Udinese are asking for €30m and there is also competition from Napoli.
