MN: Probable Milan XI for Juventus clash – only one dilemma for Pioli as Theo returns

AC Milan will have yet another crucial game to face with multiple selection problems when they welcome Juventus to San Siro on Wednesday night.

The Rossoneri know that with a win they will stay top of the Serie A table and extend the gap to Juve to 13 points, but a slip up could see them surrender first place to city rivals Inter.

According to MilanNews, there shouldn’t be any big selection surprises in terms of the starting XI as Stefano Pioli will have to make rather forced choices, especially in the midfield and attacking department.

The defence almost picks itself as Donnarumma, Calabria, Kjaer, Romagnoli will be joined by the returning Theo Hernandez. In front of the rear guard will be a double pivot of Kessie and Krunic, with Tonali suspended, while behind the centre-forward Leao the only battle will be that between Castillejo and Brahim Diaz, with Calhanoglu and Rebic sure of a place.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Kessie, Krunic; Diaz/Castillejo; Calhanoglu, Rebic; Leao.
