AC Milan have confirmed that Luca Baldanza has been appointed as the new Head of Media Sales in the Commercial Department.
Via a statement on their official website, the Rossoneri confirm Baldanza’s employment and that he will be reporting to the Sponsorship Sales Director Maikel Oettle. Baldanza, who starts today June 3rd, has worked for numerous global companies and has experience at top firms including IMG and the United Arab Emirates Football League, plus global events such as the 2010 FIFA Club World Cup.
The statement mentions how the club’s goal is to increase revenue through branded content and the strengthening of partnerships with key broadcasters, both domestically and worldwide, and Baldanza will be responsible for the effective development of new and existing media revenue streams to support the club’s commercial growth.
