Stefano Pioli revealed that Milan are very much wounded again going into the game, and changes are expected despite the fact it will be another important knockout derby.

Pioli will be without six key players for the game, as Gianluigi Donnarumma will be suspended, while Matteo Gabbia, Ismael Bennacer, Hakan Calhanoglu (COVID-19), Mario Mandzukic and Sandro Tonali will all miss the game.

However, Alessio Romagnoli and Alexis Saelemaekers were both absent against Atalanta through suspension and will be back, and Pierre Kalulu has overcome the problem he sustained against Atalanta.
