Official: Pioli names 23-man squad for Lazio game – Castillejo’s injury keeps him out

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli has named the 23 players he has called up for Saturday’s game against Lazio in the capital.

The Rossoneri will be looking to put a disappointing result behind them when they travel to the capital to face Lazio on Saturday.

Milan drew 2-2 with relegation-battling SPAL in Ferrara having trailed 2-0 at half-time and having played over half of the game with a man advantage.

There were positives to be taken from the battling spirit that Pioli’s men showed, but it is definitely a game viewed as two points dropped especially given how Roma and Napoli also both lost.

Now, Pioli has issued the list of 23 players called up for Lazio-Milan, as confirmed by a statement on the club’s official website

GOALKEEPERS: Begović, A. Donnarumma, G. Donnarumma.

DEFENDERS: Calabria, Conti, Gabbia, Hernández, Kjaer, Laxalt, Romagnoli.

MIDFIELDERS: Bennacer, Biglia, Bonaventura, Brescianini, Çalhanoğlu, Kessie, Krunić, Paquetá, Saelemaekers.

FORWARDS: Ibrahimović, Leão, Maldini, Rebić.
