The players that were granted extra vacation have been back in training long enough to take part in Milan’s friendly this evening. However, most of them will start on the bench as Pioli doesn’t want to rush their return.
He has decided to make a few changes, though, as Sandro Tonali and Marco Brescianini both start in the midfield tandem. It will be interesting to see especially the latter, who seems due for another loan experience.
Official Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Tatarusanu; Florenzi, Kalulu, Gabbia, Ballo-Touré; Tonali, Brescianini; Messias, Diaz, Rebic, Giroud.
Bench: Maignan, Mirante, Calabria, Bennacer, Adli, Leao, Theo Hernandez, Lazetic, Tomori, Krunic, Saelemaekers, Coubis, Gala.
