It appears as though Real Madrid are the team that have won the race to sign Arda Güler from Fenerbahce, at least according to reports.

The reliable Yağız Sabuncuoğlu reported yesterday that Güler would decide which team he will join shortly with Milan, Real Madrid and Barcelona the three teams who had been in contact over the previous 48 hours.
Now, the same journalist is reporting that Fenerbahce and Real Madrid have reached an agreement for the transfer of Güler. It will be a €20m transfer fee with player and club achievement bonuses (€10m) and a 20% resale clause in favour of the Turkish club.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid are working on the formal paperwork and documents to get the Güler deal done today and they want the signatures to feel sure they have won the race.
The proposal is worth €20m plus add-ons, a 20% sell on clause as well as taxes, commission. Real are confident they will get everything done in the next 24/48 hours.
