Aster Vranckx is getting closer and closer to joining AC Milan, who have accelerated negotiations with Wolfsburg in the last few hours. In fact, there’s only a distance of a few million, a report claims.
After securing Schalke 04’s Malick Thiaw, whose arrival will be announced by the club shortly, Milan are now working on a reinforcement for the midfield. Aster Vranckx is seemingly the chosen one and negotiations are at a final stage.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, there is a €1-2m distance between the clubs currently as Milan tabled an offer of €12m earlier today (loan with option to buy). Talks have continued during the day and the Rossoneri are close to an agreement.
As added by Manuele Baiocchini, Milan will include bonuses in their updated offer to convince Wolfsburg and the final fee should be around €13m. An agreement has already been found with the player who preferred the Rossoneri over anyone else.
