According to what is being reported by Sky’s Gianluca Di Marzio (via SempreMilan.it), a discussions took place with Chukwueze’s agents yesterday afternoon at Casa Milan during which Geoffrey Moncada was present but Giorgio Furlani was not.
The meeting lasted from 14:30 to 16:20 at the club’s headquarters and Moncada was the one relaying Milan’s project to the entourage of the Nigerian winger.
He wanted to understand more about the numbers regarding the operation and specifically the salary demands of the 24-year-old, before then beginning negotiations with Villarreal.
Meanwhile, Sky add that Milan have already received the approval from Chukwueze’s entourage regarding the move, meaning he would welcome the destination.
The dialogue will now move to Spain with Moncada and Furlani expected to begin negotiations with the LaLiga club.
