Calciomercato.com report that Tanganga is the main candidate to replace Alessio Romagnoli who moved to Lazio on a free transfer, while the Englishman has decided to leave Tottenham because he wants to look for a team that can guarantee him more playing time than Antonio Conte can.

Milan directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara have already talked about Tanganga during a meeting with Tottenham’s sporting director Fabio Paratici last week in Milano, and at the moment the intention is to concentrate all efforts on signing Charles De Ketelaere and then move to the other targets.

After the De Ketelaere saga ends, Milan will have a clearer general picture on the resources that can be allocated to other purchases. With the arrival of the Belgian, the chances of seeing Tanganga join the Rossoneri on loan with option to buy would also increase.

For his part, Tanganga is waiting with confidence as he wants Milan ‘at all costs’ as per the writer Daniele Longo. He has already rejected several offers from the Premier League, because in his mind joining the Italian champions is too good a chance to turn down.
