Lois Openda has been linked with AC Milan over the last few weeks but the competition is evident, and the price tag is not low. Regardless, the Rossoneri could give it a serious ho, a report claims.
Milan need a striker following the departure of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, while both Divock Origi and Ante Rebic could leave this summer as well. Several players have been linked with the club and after Marcus Thuram said no, they will have to look elsewhere.
According to Tuttosport (via SempreMilan.it), Openda is still on the Rossoneri’s radar but Lens want a whopping €50m for their star. Milan have a bit of money from the Tonali sale and the price tag appears to be negotiable, which means they could at least try.
The 23-year-old, currently featuring in the U21 Euros, scored 21 goals in 38 league appearances this past season. He would be the perfect addition to the attack but the price has to be right.
