Indeed, in addition to the likes of Real Madrid, Liverpool and Bayer Leverkusen, fate would have it that Milan did get the Slovakian champions and a video is circulating showing Kucka’s reaction to the outcome.
Coached by Vladimir Weiss (no, not the former Manchester City winger, but he plays for them), Slovan won the league and reached the quarter-finals of the Slovak Cup last season.
They got to the third qualifying round of the Champions League, the play-off round of the Europa League and the knockout round play-offs in the Conference League.
