CM: What filters from Milan on Chaka Traore’s renewal amid abundant interest

AC Milan know that in order to strengthen their project built around young players they must protect their best talents with befitting contracts, and that applies to Chaka Traore.

Calciomercato.com report how Milan’s vision is to keep introducing talented youngsters for the future and as part of that some could also come from the youth sector, which has been working much better in the last two years as the run to the Youth League semi-finals shows.

Chaka Traorè is shining more and more and many believe that he is ready for the big step into the first team given he has seven goals and five assists in 21 games this season, but before he does he has to renew his contract which expires in June.

There has been various interest in the former Parma starlet both from Italy and abroad, but Milan’s intention is to reach an agreement with his representatives soon. Paolo Maldini is convinced that in the end the signature will arrive, but as always that confidence must translate into pen on paper.
