7 Gold: Arnault carrying out due diligence with intention of purchasing Milan

In recent months, some reports have suggested that Elliott could decide to sell AC Milan sooner than expected. However, as of late, it has been very quiet on this front amid the imminent youth revolution.

According to the latest reports from 7 Gold (via Milanlive.it), Bernard Arnault – who has previously been named as the potential buyer – is carrying out the due diligence aimed at purchasing Milan from the American hedge fund.

In fact, the negotiations could accelerate already in the summer, when there will be more certainties with regards to the new stadium project. Of course, the latter would increase the club’s value, taking the revenue opportunities into consideration.

However, it must be remembered that Arnault, the owner of LVMH – with assets of more than €113bn – has repeatedly denied the interest in Milan.

In the meantime, the Rossoneri are preparing for a youth revolution this summer, with Ralf Rangnick in pole position to replace Stefano Pioli.
