Reports: Adana Demirspor send delegation to Italy to try sign Milan midfielder

Adana Demirspor have sent a delegation to Italy to try and close a deal for AC Milan midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, according to reports.

Bakayoko rejoined Milan from Chelsea on a two-year loan with an option to buy that becomes an obligation under certain conditions back in the summer of 2021, but he was used sparingly last season and so far in the current campaign he is yet to make a competitive appearance.

According to Alfredo Pedulla – who cites multiple Turkish sources – Adana Demirspor have sent directors to Italy today to try strike a deal for Bakayoko, as they are aware he is no longer wanted by either Milan or by his parent club Chelsea.

Demirspor are currently coached by Vincenzo Montella and are 4th in the Turkish Super Lig table, so it remains to be seen whether they will convince the clubs involved and also the player with their blitz today.
